The DuraPatcher is the most cost efficient method of road repair. Our method has been proven again and again by hundreds of customers and the Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP).

The DuraPatcher uses cationic and anionic emulsified asphalts, such as CRS2, with aggregate
to make a permanent patch with a water repellent, solid asphalt body.

The DuraPatcher requires the use of only one other piece of equipment, a dump truck, which
tows the trailer-mounted patcher or hauls the truck-mounted patcher. There is no need for other expensive equipment to do your patching job.

The DuraPatcher uses emulsion and aggregate that can be stored in your own yard, eliminating the need for costly daily trips to the asphalt plant.

The aggregate and emulsion cost about one-half of hot mix or cold mix throughout the United States.
